When fishing off the right side of the pier next to Willy's shop while facing right, the character model will glitch out and the rod will appear reversed in the character's hand. If you fish into water, it will go back to normal on hitting the water, but if you miss the character model will stay...

Sometimes the game doesn't respond when I try to pull in the line when getting the prompt that the fish is hooked. It's not all the time, but every other time, the game just doesn't respond, but I can pull in the line right after the fish gets away. I've only used the first fishing pole so far...

I'm seeing an issue when fishing in the mountain lake where if I catch a bullhead (its only happened with bullheads) with a "perfect," instead of resulting in a silver or gold star fish, I'm getting a regular one.
