ginger island

I went to Ginger Island for the second time today and wound up in the Beach area. I went right from the beach and ended up behind the turtle which I have not yet unlocked. I can't go back to the previous screen.

My friend can't go to ginger island even if I have already unlocked the house in the ginger island. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

It's happened to me a couple times now. First with the sleep shack and now again with the bridge by the archeology tent. When I talk to the parrot by the shack it still offers to build a mailbox so the game must still be recognizing that I restored the shack?? I don't know how to fix this and...

I can see the fireplace in my entrance room, but I can’t see the oven or chest. I know they are there because if i interact with them, I’m able to cook/store items. This isn’t a problem on my main farmhouse, only on Ginger Island.

On the winter of the 6th year. During my 5th night in a row or so at the cabin on Ginger Island, I got the alien capsule event. I was told a strange noise was heard on the noise, and I returned to my farm to find the capsule there. Is this meant to happen while I'm away? I only bring it up...
