Since the update, the Iridium Rod has been catching much more trash, according to me and multiple people on the subreddit. I don't know if that was intentional, but it's made finding the new fish/jellies unfair.

I tried to watch It Howls in the Rain with Sebastian and got a black screen followed by this error message:

When trying to leave the theater, I also get this message:

Notes/what led up to this:
- I saw him in Ginger Island that same day, which is where I gave him the ticket
- Played the crame game twice (won a plant first game, exited second game without playing)
- Bought him Sour Slimes
- I spoke to the present NPCs, but they disappeared when the theater entrance reloaded

I tried reentering, and found that the movie had concluded. Seb's post-movie dialogue also played indicating that it was just skipped entirely. I'm probably giving too many details but I hope this helps! I'm attaching my save file as well.

Older save (started on v1.5.6) - There seems to be a mismatch between the crop order quest that appeared on the special orders board (artichoke in this case) and the one that ended up in the quest journal (pumpkin).

2, 1one where Elliot will say dialog incorrectly. Like tell me he’s sorry his cabin is a mess even though he’s married to me and in my house. 2 the bobber while fishing now appears to not have all of its sprites for its animation and disappears for a frame. ( while playing the fish mini game )

She was still out there building it when I got the green rain. When I went to her shop during the rain, Sebastian and Marnie were there, but no Robin. And their dialogue was still as if she was there

I think the fish chances for the Night Market Submarine are completely broken, though I obviously cannot confirm this. I am fishing with the Iridium rod, using a curiosity lure, and all I can hook is trash and seaweed. I very rarely hook an actual fish, but I don't get enough time to run a statistically significant number of trials. I have, however, been fishing for all three nights and I even re-ran this last day once already to try to not waste my last seafoam pudding.
I am on windows 10, English, singleplayer. Year 6, not sure that makes a difference. This save was created on 1.5...I think. The point is, it's not new. Save attached.

• I'm playing on my old save but went through the entirety of spring with no issue. I crafted 24 new kegs and was placing them in a shed by holding down right click I accidentally placed one in my way and when I realised I seemed to have placed them wrong I had lost all remaining kegs in my inventory. I then broke and placed another keg in the same spot, and it was deleted. Then I slept in game and returned to that spot tried placing both a furnace and a keg in that spot, but they were fine.

There was this bug in the quest "Erste Schritte" (First Steps), where you have to collect eggs to solve it.
The bug said to collect -5 eggs and that got fixed.
Now it says to collect one egg, but the problem is that it still doesn't count it.
I already collected a lot of eggs and still have the quest.
I heard some people started a new game to fix it but i do not really want to do this after playing a couple of hours.
I don't like the quest staying for ever, but what is even worse is that i do not know if I will not get any follow up quests if this one isn't solved.

in my new single player (english, windows) world the mermaid show isnt letting me put in the code to recieve the pearl based of hidden notes (tried clicking multiple times, hitting the shells with tools ect)

I couldn’t figure out how to post a bug report so had to reply to the post instead… sorry. But I have 2 bugs going on. Not modded, single player, playing on steam deck.

1) when fishing, the game becomes very laggy and will even freeze making fishing absolutely impossible because the fish icon freezes and everything on screen freezes but the game still runs meaning the bobber and fish still move just not visually on screen.

2) This one is less important and more so just a little annoying but anytime I click to put something into a chest, my cursor of my mouse gets put onto the first slot of the chest. Every single time I click anything.

EDIT: I figured out the issue!!!
Also this doesn't seem to be a 1.6 issue whoops! I downgraded earlier and the issue was still present! Anyways, I had my fightstick plugged into my PC and it seems like it's possible that having a controller plugged in can hijack control inputs for specifically fishing! It works after unplugging it.

Ever since the 1.6 update I have been completely unable to fish. Any time I try to, whether it's on water or land, I just get stuck in the bar animation and the only things I can do are type in chat or enter screenshot mode and have to close the game or wait to pass out in multiplayer to resume playing.
Using Windows 10 on English, it happens both single player and multiplayer.
I've tried reinstalling multiple times, changing the installation drive, and different farms and characters. I used to have mods that I went in and manually removed, which didn't seem to help. I genuinely can't figure out what is causing this bug it feels like there is a curse placed upon my computer.

hello! i just started a new game on the new farm type and while trying to clear it i noticed i can't break some of the blocks. weeds and stone aren't budging with appropriate tools or otherwise :/ i thought it might've been a mod (one was even replacing all the resource icons but i found it, thankfully) but it's happening even with an empty mod folder. is anyone else experiencing this? no error text or anything, just launched from smapi.

I play unmodded 2-player on switch, and as player 2 there's been a bug as long as I can remember where the Club Card becomes unobtainable if you try to obtain it before player 1. There's never been any info/help on this besides 'edit your save state' which I can't do on switch/don't have the knowledge on that. This has been a bug long before 1.6 and I'd really like to be able to go in the casino!

found a weird issue for shanes 4 heart event. after playing through his event my inventory is all watering can. i click on any item even other tools and i just pour more water out from a can. tried sleeping but still just watering can. saving and quitting worked but figured id leave this here.
on single player no mods windows 10 os.

My game starts perfectly fine until I go to connect my PS5 controller. Once the controller is fully connected the game crashes. If the controller is connected before I open the game the game won't open at all. I used my controller all the time before the update.
