  2. Windows Preserving enchantment breaks mayor's shorts effect as a tackle

    As of wiki, lucky purple shorts prevent tackle in the second slot from losing durability when placed in the first one. However after my rod was enchanted with Preserving, this effect stopped working. In coding terms i think enchantment somehow just overrides shorts logic here. Screens here...
