The Short Bookcase in german should be
Kleines Bücherregal
Instead of Kleiner Bücherregal. It is a version of that word, but it does not fit gramatically. You could say, kleiner als as in smaller than smth. It doesnt work here though.
Pierres Sign should be
Pierres Schild
Instead of Pierres Zeichen . Zeichen means symbol or sign as in giving someone a sign/hint. It does not apply here.
Huhn Abziehbild and Kuh-Abziehbild (why one with - and one without? Please stick with - !)
These two are the only items where you translated decal into Abziehbild and not Aufkleber. Aufkleber is sticker and not applicable here.
Please use Abziehbild for the others as well.
The numbers should be the same shouldnt they?
"Marlon_DF_0_Name": "Monster Jagd",
"Marlon_DF_0_Text": "Steige in die Schädelhöhle hinab und töte 12 {Monster:LocalizedName}.",

Abigail's Bow/Ist die gleiche wie Abbys
Correct is Abigail's Bow/Ist die Gleiche wie Abbys.
After an article in German a verb is usually (not always) written capitalized, a process called Nominalization.
"MossSoup_Description": "Er ist dick und schleimig, aber essbar.",
Er is inccorect. That means He. Es would be the correct word
Emily's magisches Hemd - location:Strings/Shirts.de-DE/EmilysMagicShirt_Name (Sorry, I didnt do it before, btu from now on I will show location of the words in question.)

Correct: Sams KassettenspielerSamsBoombox": "Sam's Kassettenspieler" location:Strings/Furniture.de-DE
"Hier, ich wollte dir das hier geben. Es ist eine Kassettenspieler mit dem Song darauf... So kannst du es dir anhören, wann immer du willst.\" location:FarmHouse.de-DE
Correct:ein Kassettenspieler
Location: data/Strings/Furniture.de-DE
Wrong: "ANightOnEcoHill": "\"Eine Nacht auf den Eco-Hügeln\"",
Correct: "ANightOnEcoHill": "\"Eine Nacht auf den Öko-Hügeln\"",
Reason: Eco is the english abbreviation for Ecology (in german=Ökologie). Öko is the german abbreviation for Ökologie.
Then you would also say "...über den Kampf gelernt." It needs the article. The exact text or a screenshot of it, so translators can find the line.

Which platform are you playing on (e.g. Linux, macOS, Windows, PS4, etc)?

Yes, this was a common mistake in almost all other language versions. Cave Jelly was translated as Cave Jellyfish in these languages etc. This is basically the substance which can be found in the water, not the sea animal jellyfish and not the jam either.I just realized this:
All the jellyfish so Cave Jelly, River Jelly, Sea Jelly are translated as Gelee, which is a type of Jam.
Correct would be:
Höhlenqualle
Flussqualle
Seequalle
