"Wahnsin" (fish frenzy, added with version 1.6.4) is wrong. There are multiple mistakes with this.
1. "Wahnsinn" is written with two n.
2. "Rausch" makes more sense in this context.
3. In German, compound nouns are never written with a space. Unfortunately, this mistake is everywhere in the german version.

A correct translation would be "Sardinen-Rausch" (or "Sardinen-Wahnsinn").
If that is to complex for the currently availible localization tools, a good translation would be "%ort hat ein Fischrausch (%fisch) begonnen", e.g. "Am Stand hat ein Fischrausch (Sardine) begonnen".

Typo in the title, should be "Bestellung" (tho I'd change that title outright, as it's nonsensical in German, probably a word by word translation of "harvest order" or something. Something like "Sonderbestellung" would sound better and underline the extraordinary nature of this request).

Also, in this sort of context I think "Blumenkohl" should be used as singular genus, meaning the text should read "Blumenkohl ist dieses Jahr sehr gefragt." The plural used for "Ernte/Liefere 100 Blumenkohl" is actually correct tho.

there's a t missing here, it "Gleichgewicht" (or rather it looks like the word is just displayed too far on the right and "t" disappeared). And it should be "von Seefischen" for the correct plural.

But actually, while playing I was stumped because I fished at the sea, and it didn't register my catches - because it's meant to be "fish from the lake". "Der See" does mean "the lake" in German, that is correct, but in context we also use "die See" for the sea, and for example pollack/saithe/coalfish is called "Seelachs" because it comes out of the sea. Seelachs, Seeanemone, Seehecht, all fish from the sea.

So means the text may need some rewriting to make it clear that it's meant to be fish from the lake, maybe something like:
"Aus unbekannten Gründen ist die Menge an Fischen im Bergsee auf ein nicht mehr tragbares Niveau angewachsen, ..." which would also clarify that it's the lake in the mountains and not the one in the woods.
