Xbox Continuous up or down input scrolling (not sick drift) mainly in menus.

I'm having issues with continuous scrolling in the game and menus on Xbox 1s. It's only up and down and it's definitely not a hardware issue. I've tried multiple controllers and different games. It only happens in stardew. I've checked a little bit on the internet and it seems to be somewhat of a known issue but I've tried everything and I can't seem to fix it. Any known fixes floating around here atm?
