iOS Combat Mastery Bug

The only skill I hadn’t mastered before the update was combat, I was at level 6 and post-update have been gaining xp towards combat perfectly fine until I hit tier 9. It has been over 1 in game year since I plateaued at level 9 and I’ve successfully slain hundreds of enemies. For reference I ran Ginger Island Mine to floor 10 dozens of times killing anything in my path. Save file Spicy_358397812 version # v1.6.14.7 Build 24334
I play with invisible buttons on my iPhone 11 if that’s relevant. I seem to be the only one encountering this

Level 9 to level 10 does take forever. It takes 10.000 XP to get from 0 to 9 and another 5.000 to get to 10. Killing one tiger slime gives 20XP, the other monsters in the volcano give even less.

Is this something I can use for an iPad? I looked in the App Store and couldn't find it.
