Cole seems overworked and I feel bad for him. I emailed for a refund/cancelation on 2/8 and have not received a reply. I'm about to file a chargeback. Just get us, the 2%, off your back so you can continue focusing on making the people who are newly placing orders have a better experience than those of us who ordered early November and have not received our game and have been waiting on our tracking# to update for almost a month. I'm about to go on vacation so I'd rather just buy the game whenever my local board game shop has it.I would certainly recommend you reach out to Cole at https://shop.stardewvalley.net/pages/contact-us if you haven't already.
