I would certainly recommend you reach out to Cole at https://shop.stardewvalley.net/pages/contact-us if you haven't already. He should be able to offer more information on your order.
Cole seems overworked and I feel bad for him. I emailed for a refund/cancelation on 2/8 and have not received a reply. I'm about to file a chargeback. Just get us, the 2%, off your back so you can continue focusing on making the people who are newly placing orders have a better experience than those of us who ordered early November and have not received our game and have been waiting on our tracking# to update for almost a month. I'm about to go on vacation so I'd rather just buy the game whenever my local board game shop has it.

@zimmertr , did they help you with your order? I see you're still here.

I have been going through emails but currently on those from Feb 12 (I should have already responded to yours is what I'm saying). Not sure how it happened but I may have missed your request for refund. Can you post your order # here and I'll hop on that right away!

I see one thing here: @Colito.
It seems you are overwhelemd with work and situation is getting out of your hands (I am taking into account the fact that many things are out of your control).
You simply need help, someone who will help processing all the communication.
Don't take me wrong, i really wish you and all the customers the best, but it is clearly obvious how many problems have arrisen (although it is only a fraction of the overall customer number ! worth keeping that in mind!).

And there is also a case with overseas customers. What @nielienolo wrote is seriously worrying. And while maybe you cannot help with that clear and transparent information about EU customers would be much appreciated. I already told my friends we will play together somewhere near March... now i fear to make promise about May. This is not optimal ;(

I am from Canada with a pre-order through a local game store and no where on that site or the Stardew Valley store page gave me any expectations on a delivery date. I would understand if you were made promises but this doesn't seem like a huge production team like most board games so everyone outside of the USA needs to get their expectations in check.
You told your friends you will play it in *fill in month here*? That is your own damn fault, play something different or get new friends.

I said so based on:
1) first predictions here
2) prediction from local store.

Sure i must have doubt everyone and assume those promises will not be fulfilled? Do you even read what you write? This is "blame the victim" attitude. I did nothing wrong to be feeling "my damn fault".

I'm in the tribe of unfortunate people that ordered the game last year and have yet to get a tracking number.
Cole has been diligent in his communication, apologizing and providing explanations.
The last info I had from him was that almost everyone was supposed to have their game shipped between tha last week of January and the first of February, but evidently that was still too optimistic.

While I like Cole's tone I cannot say the same for Quartemaster: basically their reply to my request for the shipping status and a tracking number has been "you'll know when we'll let you know".

I'm keeping my finger crossed for a miracle at the last moment in February !

Yeah to give you a little more context for what happened, I was expecting a certain number of full truck loads of games by first week of February to be delivered to Quartermaster. The amount of trucks which reached Quartermaster by this date was correct, but the final truck was only a half load, leaving us just short of being able to fulfill all the existing orders. The reason for that half truck was, during assembly of the games, Delano ran out of floor space to store everything. They have to juggle a lot of logistical challenges (image for example you have tens of thousands of box lids but no rulebooks, you can't assemble those lids and clear them by shipping them away as full games).

As soon as I became aware of this shortage, I asked them to prep another load to send to Quartermaster ASAP, to address those final outstanding orders. That truck has arrived and the final shipments should go out this week. Hope this helps shed a little more light on this complicated, often times frustrating, process!

Yes, it seems you have had a lot of logistic hiccups on top of the printing errors, which is unfortunate. I'm not worried I won't receive the game at the end, just that the longer I wait the more I have to pay the rental space where the game is supposed to arrive. I anticipated a couple of months, now it's starting to stretch my wallet but I'm relieved hearing that my parcel will ship this week.
Thanks !

Hello!

My wife recently made an order on the stardew website for the board game. We are order# 40357. I wanted to reach out here as when she made the purchase, the game was to ship after valentines day. It has obviously passed that date, and we haven't received any emails or updates regarding the delay, or a follow up email from the developer toy wife after she has asked for any updates.

I did a brief peruse of this thread, and it seems numerous factors are leading to this being delayed. Is there any hope of us seeing this game this quarter? We paid for it, and I'd just like some form of communication to at least tell us a timeline. Admins, please pass this along? My contact email is [email protected].

People were waiting 3-4 months for orders, so 1-2 weeks of delay aren't anything big :P

For example, I've ordered in November, and I yet have to wait for transport to pass ocean, then few other countries, store at other end of my country and then finally into my hands. Would be good if that happens before summer...

@Colito Any update on those that ordered back in November that had tracking info sent on January 11, but game never left Quartermaster? My order number is 23202. It's still showing as pending with Fedex.

Yes, I believe all outstanding orders (including those from that Jan 11th batch) should ship this week!

Question about the "gain a random mining upgrade" card, is it referring to the proffesion upgrade or tool upgrade?

I see a game store in Canada (the dice owl) has some copies in stock today, hopefully 401games is receiving their copies soon and being shipped!

I will try and post something about this shortly. I expect to be shipping games to the company handling UK and EU distribution within the next week or two, but I'm not sure from that point how long it will take to land in the store. I'm trying to find out more about that to share.
Any luck on that?

Hey! Just to let you know that I received a response from the team via the quartermaster website after I contacted them through their website here. When I submitted the form, I made sure to give them my order number as well as the forwarding address I used and the staff gave me the information I needed. My package is on its way to the facility and is scheduled for delivery on the 20th. :) All the best and I hope your copies reach you soon! I guess when it comes, then corrections would be the next worry but hopefully everything is in order.
Hey there, hope all is well.
Wanted to inform you all that the game has finally arrived, with everything in order.
Hope you all received it or receive it soon enough, the game is amazing.
We have played it twice, and had a blast.
Enjoy everyone <3

Update: the week has passed without hearing from Quartermaster about a shipping notice or a tracking number.....
I won't die without the game, that's for sure...I'm just feeling sad to probably be in the unlucky group of the very last shipment batch.
