hello! ive been playing the new stardew update and the tapper recipe has not shown up in my crafting page even though i am already level 3 in foraging. anyone know what might be the reason?

I am playing on Switch and working toward perfection. The first year I didn‘t always check Queen of Sauce. But I’m in Winter year 5 and have been watching it and the reruns religiously for three years. Bruschetta and Cranberry Candy are the only recipes I’m missing. Any suggestions?

I have all my villagers at 10 heart. Was working my way through the recipes and noticed I didn't have Chowder with is the 3 heart recipe. I've tried shooting him with slingshot to reduce his hearts but that doesn't seem to be working. Am I missing something? How do I get that last recipe?
