So I am looking to reach completion in this game and just hit 2 hearts with Caroline, expecting the Tea Sapling recipe in the mail, but I didn't get it. I did get the Parsnip Soup recipe the day after I hit 3 hearts with her, but still haven't gotten the Tea Sapling recipe after a few days. I saw the cutscene in the sunroom, I know I've met all the criteria for the recipe. I suspect this is some sort of bug since I have seen other people post about it recently. If anyone has any solutions or has shared this experience, please let me know. If this is a bug, hopefully it can be resolved in an upcoming patch.
