Fun fact: one of my books says time doesn't exist and is just a concept made up by humans to make everything easier. So how would I move inside somewhere or something when it doesn't exist.
Another one I read briefly mentioned a theory of time not flowing like a river, but being more of a frozen lake with us moving in the ice. And everything that happened is frozen in it. Still existing, just inaccesible to us. Also there are time bubbles where nothing is dead nor alive, nothing ages or withers away with time, but still can be influenced if something from normal time flow gets in there. Though usually those bubbles are too small to do anything with them, but some are big enough that with certain maneuvers you can get there and it'll be a whole mini world to live in. Strange things happen there though.

Just think what life is like for us anapsids. Used to rule the world with our solid holeless skulls, full of all the head-based protections you'd expect for a hard-knock world and out comes these newfangled head designs what got holes in all them places. Brains just fall right out! But still they outcompete us and kills us off. Well not all of us and anyways we got the last laugh. More than 300 million years later we're still around and we still live longer than any of those flashes in the pan.Well, I didn't know about it either, but even a synapsid is still able to learn
Plus we never have to leave home, it's the introvert's dream!

Time is an interesting concept anyway, even if it exists or not... But thinking too much about it usually gets my brain in a knot.
