Turkish Typo/Display Text Errors

Moderator note: this should be fixed in Stardew Valley 1.6.9.

The information given on the "Livin' Off The Land" TV channel in the 2nd year 18th fall belongs to 'Orkinoz' (Albacore), but it is written as 'Ton Balığı' (Tuna) in the game files. This has been a problem for a long time, but after 1.6 I couldn't get into the game and try it. It's still unchanged in the game files, so I guess it's the same in-game.

Hi folks,

I am the Turkish translator for Stardew Valley. I have been working on a fix batch for some time. It will include all the errors, typos, mistranslations etc. you have mentioned in the previous comments and posts. I am also scanning all the files for general typos and strings left in English and fixing all the errors I find. There still might be some stuff left though.

I will submit my batch soon, but I don't know when the fixes will be implemented to the game. I guess we will wait and see.

If you guys find anything else, you can post them here. I will occasionally check here to see if anything needs a fix. Thank you all for the posts, I appreciate all the effort!

After the 1.6 update, stardewvalleywiki started giving some errors, what is the source of this problem?

The wiki servers were temporarily overloaded by all the new players after the Stardew Valley 1.6 update; the wikis should be fine now though.

The same bug exists in the 1.5.6 mobile version. (Although it takes a while for new versions to come to mobile, but still for your information :))

In this speech, Kent should have said "Çiftliğin", not "Çifliğin"

In the cutscene where Penny helps George reach his mailbox, the Turkish translation should have used "safha" instead of "safa".

When you give Evelyn the "Broken Glasses" as a gift, she says "tatlm" in the dialogue, but the correct spelling should be "tatlım".

This part should be changed to "taze bir kırmızı lahana olmalı" to avoid confusion between Lahana (Kale) and Kırmızı Lahana (Red Cabbage).

"Fish Casserole" and "Fish Stew" quests have the same translation as "Balık Buğulama". What I suggest is to change Fish Casserole's translation into "Balık Güveç".

In Maps/winter_town.tr-TR, the movie theater's ticket booth is missing the "T" logo.

Since it means "Ticket", you can change it to "B" (as in "Bilet"), in other season images too. But if you don't want to, I'd say it's fine, it's just a letter anyways lol.

And it should be "Hoş geldin" and "Başkanı'yım"

The quest's name is "Sıçan Sorunu" so why not change this little dialogue
