I do also return them to Lewis first and get the reward from him, but who says you have to leave it in his cellar? I usually get it back as a tackle for the advanced Iridium rod

(So far) I've never built any fences on my farm. The animals are free to roam around among my giant overgrown forest. (Though it's annoying when I forget to close the barn/coop doors at night.) I guess my farm is less a farm and more a kind of clearing in the wilderness, which, come to think of it, was kind of how it was where I grew up. There were farms around us, but we let the forest grow.

As far as things I never do:
- date Sebastian, Elliot, or Shane
- arcade games
- go Joja
- build a slime hutch
