The StardewValley.Menus.GameMenu menu crashed while drawing itself... help

I have been sitting here for hours trying to figure out what mod is messed up.. I have deleted everything, redownloaded everything and reinstalled... nothing I do seems to help me find what is causing this error.

If I click on the "next" arrow in the artifacts section of the collections tab it just closes. and this is the error

I guess no one else seems to know either, lol to recap... I spent hours trying to get rid of it last Wednesday. I deleted all of my saves, cleared the cache on my PC, slowly added back all my mods, no clue what is causing it, and none of my mods are showing conflicts or errors on my smapi log.... but in my collections tab, I can't change to the next page on the artifacts section. If I click the arrow, that menu closes. I can view all the other tabs and sections, but not beyond page one of the artifacts one. The game runs fine otherwise, so I suppose ill just hope it fixes eventually, lol and Ill have to find other ways to see if I have donated them all to the museum, lol
