That song has been in my head all night while my mom and I made this.
A mixture of coconut cream, coconut water, sugar, lime juice, pineapples, and either dark rum, more coconut water, pineapple juice, or whatever tropical fruit juice you like. (We used something called "Tropical Blend" so it's pretty tangy.)
We also made sure to find any cups in the shape of hollowed out coconuts we could to maintain the spirit of the game's recipe. We also have enough coconut cream leftover that we'll have plenty more to go over the weekend. Good thing too due to a heat wave and drought we're facing right now.
