Is it actually normal to get two meteorites and a crop fairy event in Year 1 Summer

This is my first time playing the four corner farm map. During my playthrough at Summer Year 1, I got a notice of a huge explosion at night and the next morning, there is a meteor landed and destroyed my crops.. And after a few days another hit the bottom left of my farm then another night a fairy farm came to my farm. Now I am a bit troubled as I can't break the two meteorites as I have just recently upgraded my pickaxe to iron class only

Hello Riyue and welcome to the forums!

The meteorite landing on your farm seems to be a more common occurrence after the v1.6 update as I have 5 in 5.5 years in game. And all of mine are in the same section of the farm, it's a meteor garden! So 2 in Year 1 is not unheard of. You'll eventually be able to break those meteorites with additional pickaxe upgrades but consider keeping them as free farm design elements as you can't put them back once you break them. Of course that one in your cropfield is not great but maybe you can alter your farming strategy a bit and plan a design around it?

In one save I had 3 meteorites land before I could upgrade my pickaxe enough to break them, so yes, it can happen, but it's rare. It depends on what seed you've got for your save, and if the meteorite finds an acceptable place to land. They need an unbroken 3x3 square area of land without buildings. This means farm maps like Riverland and Hill-top are less likely to have a meteor strike even if one is scheduled as possible, just because the land is broken up by cliffs or water.

Haha I see, thanks for the suggestion. Maybe I will keep the one that hit the bottom left
