I actually experienced that because I was so bad at fighting on my first save I lost my sword. I wish I’d rage-quit, but I didn’t even think of resetting the day. The good news is I got a lot better at fighting fast.

If you buy a sapling, you can't put it in your backpack, you have to hold it in your hands and hurry back to the farm without talking to anyone, or you'll gift them. And they're universally hated.

In the winter, all the bodies of water are frozen up, so you need to break a single square in the ice with 50 pickaxe hits. Also if you pass out at 2 am there's a chance a wolf will eat you and then you have the restart your save.

I thought of a standout experience that each of Villagers have with our Farmers and then, well, I have a lot of random that happens in my head so I just let it flow. As I was writing the thing about Maru, I had no plan to connect it to Marlon, the random did that. However the random is very tiring so I conk out quickly and it disappears. It's a weird experience but a lot of fun!
