Windows [BUG] [v1.6.15] Infinite coal from coal minecarts in the Mines is available for co-op players

Every time a co-op player enters a floor with a coal minecart, they can take coal from it. By the way, other players nearby will not see that the minecart has been emptied.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Join hosted farm via LAN.
2. Enter the mines.
3. Go to the floor with the coal minecart, for example floor 12.
4. Grab coal from a minecart.
5. Leave the mines.

You can repeat steps 2-5 as many times as you want in the same day, collecting an infinite amount of coal.
