I downloaded the latest SDV version yesterday but I've yet to experience proper gaming. Whenever I start playing, in a few minutes the music gets distorted and everything starts to lag like crazy. The FPS went from 60 to 5 in a flash.
I'm a heavy SDV player and I played daily with over 100 mods since August without shutting my laptop off for days and never had something like this.I've deleted all my mods, re-installed the game, changed the affinity, played in the compatibility version, created a new save., switched VSync on and off countless of time, reinstalled my graphics card... and nothing resolved it.
If anyone could help me, I'd be very thankful! Stardew Valley is the only game that can calm my anxiety down.
The same thing is happening with my work laptop by the way.
