PC [BUG] Introductions Quest dissapeared?

I'm on day 14 in year 1, and was almost done with the introductions quest, but it just randomly dissapeared? I never got to complete it or get the reward from the quest.

That's really weird. It must be a bug/glitch of some kind. It hasn't happened to me before.

its extremely annoying. its really good to start relationships with the villagers there, and its taking a lot more time now
