Hey there I really need help please!

Type of device: IPad Air 4. Gen
Details of your issue: I just walked into Gunthers Museum where I already gathered over 80 minerals, gems and artifacts and they were all gone! I’ve seen lots of people on the internet with the same problem and got to this support page hoping there is a quick solution getting back my collection.

On the day of your issue, did you load your game through the Load Game menu (you wake up in the bed)? Or was it an "emergency load" (i.e. one where you start mid-day wherever you left off)? Loaded through the “start from last save point” -thing but I discovered this several ingame days after logging in.

Any other info that might be relevant:
I can’t tell how many items i exactly lost but about 80-90 and this would be really bad if I had to search for all of them again.

I went to the saloon to buy food. The amount of health each items restored was less than it was two days ago in game. Salad restored 45 health, bread restored 20 health, spaghetti restored 30 health, and pizza restored 60 health. The energy they restored stayed the same and the prices were unchanged. A couple in game days ago I bought a salad that restored 50 health that I still have it in my inventory, and it still says it restores 50 health while the one he's selling says 45. I did just take my second star drop tea yesterday in the game at the fair, I got one previously for reaching floor 100 of the mines. I tried updating my game to see if that would help, but it didn’t. When I encountered this, I just played from the start of the day. I even started the day over and nothing changed. I now have an emergency save of me in the store after playing through the day again up until around the time the store was open. I’m playing on iOS, English language settings, single player. My version number is 1.5.6.

Hi. I've been having these issues since update came out.

Type of phone: Samsung SM-A315G, Android 12
Details of your issue: when the screen is zoomed out cutscenes don't play. The music plays and the scene is frozen, my player doesn't move and the text doesn't start. I have to play very zoomed in for the scenes to play.
On the day of your issue, did you load your game through the Load Game menu (you wake up in the bed)? Or was it an "emergency load" (i.e. one where you start mid-day wherever you left off)?: it happens always. No matter if I load with the load game menu or midday.
Any other info that might be relevant: because I have to play zoomed in, when I'm fishing, the fishing bar looks huge and takes up the whole screen vertically.

Hello im new to stardew valley and i encounter some bugs..

Type of phone: Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G
Details of your issue: the game keeps turning pitch black (including some part of the tool bar and setting bar) when i play even though its day and the place is not dark at all. This made me unable to see anything or even click on the settings to save a backup and eventually forced me to quit the game without saving, and having to repeat my progress on that day when i logged in again.

I loaded the game from the load game menu.

Details of your issue: Can’t water my beans behind my scarecrows. It seems to only be the beans, because other plans were not a problem in the first year. Grapes were also not as issue last year. Try to tap on it to water and it either glitches and my character pauses or I ‘tap’ the scarecrow.

Hi, I bought stardew walley yesterday And today I found bug, I was on the egg festival but I was unable to pick up any eggs. My character instead took them as an obstacle and walked around them.(I woke up in a bed)

Details of your issue: the quest board south of Mayor's house going blank. It started first when I was on yr22. Being a senior, I uninstalled and reinstalled not knowing it would take me back to yr10. I'm on yr 12 now and it started again and still going 2 seasons later. I usually play from Load Game menu.

Any other info that might be relevant: when I try to move a Bldg from Robin's menu, they won't move all the way to where I want them until I've tried about 3 different trips to do so. Yes, I use my stylus usually.

I am playing on an Amazon Fire HD 10 11th generation tablet. I have version 1.5.6 build 35. I had 4 saved farms when I started a new farm last month. I got the new farm to year 3 and then started getting the sleep crash. I tried restarting my tablet and that didn't fix it so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and lost all but one of my older farms. Anyway, I started a new farm again and am in fall year 2 and now I'm getting the sleep crash every day again. I don't know what to do to fix it. Should I just wait for the 1.6 update? FYI - I have 3 active quests in the game, Island Ingredients (100 Taro root), Delivery (Bring the Wizard a Ruby) and Aquatic Research (Bring Demetrius a Pufferfish). Every time it's crashed on me I have completed the Delivery quest and brought the wizard the ruby. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. NVM I just did my day over and didn't complete the quest and it still crashed when I went to bed.

Any other info that might be relevant: I did lose all health in the mines but I'm not sure if that's when the dog went missing. I tried to reload the last save and the dog is still missing.

Details of your issue: 1. During the spring egg festival I couldn’t pick up the eggs. Just walked around them.
2. I had went into the saloon and spoke to Gus first. Then I could not open the purchase menu after clicking on the arrow. Even after leaving the store and coming back in.
3. When fishing the reeling in noise plays then gets stuck and continues to play after I’m done fishing and forever. It even plays in the main menu. I have to close out the app in the background to get the noise to go away. It doesn’t happen every time I fish but almost every time.

Several reoccurring issues to report

-Iridium band magnetism no longer working after using the forge, and still not working after unforging. I have tried removing the ring before sleep and putting it away and putting it on the next day but no luck.

-Computer Farm not showing forage items like truffles. Doesn’t even show 0 there’s just no line regarding foraging

-grandpa’s Statue of Fortune (pink cat) only offers iridium ore and not NPC birthday gifts

-Fishing sound staying after fishing, unless I completely close out the game.
