It’s happened on non-emergency save files too. Mobile is just very glitchy. Period. It’s been under multiple people. CA allowed one or two other people to take it over at least partially until he thankfully took it back over. I think under CA with time it will get better, but it’s still worth it for me and my favorite game. My disability makes it so I need to play from bed so it’s the only platform that really works. Laptops are too hard for me as I have to lay flat often. It makes for some frustrating times with frequent crashes if you don’t frequently save, but also makes for some good laughs too.

Yeah I've gotten that dialog from Haley in the Winter a few times, occasionally while it's snowing. This is why to marry Haley, because half her dialog is nuts.
I just assume she has a fun sense of humor.
