Giving every gift to every villager

34 villagers

I counted 634 total gifts NOT including Trinkets or Stardrop Tea (as they don't seem to appear in the gift tab)

Since I don't have access to any more Secret Notes, Journal Scraps, or Legendary Fish, that makes the net total 627.

627 gifts times 34 npc's = 21,318 total gifts to give out.

But giving them out is only half the equation, as one must first obtain the items.

As of now, I have

99% of the items (missing some Golden Bobbers and a bunch of Books)

50% done gifting

I've been busy running, riding, and of course teleporting all over Stardew Valley, giving out gifts, and I'm hereby announcing that I'm now over half way done.

Well, I'd already given Penny everything previously (she's my favorite!), so I use her Gift Log as my list.

I'll turn your attention towards her Hated Gifts under her Miscellaneous Tab.

Just as an example.
So on Sunday I would take 33 Torches and hand them out to everyone but Penny, then on Monday I'd do the same with 33 Seaweed. The next Sunday, Green Algae, etc...
