Most of Ferris' flooring is:
Straw Floor, crafted from 1 Wood and 1 Fiber. You can buy the recipe for it from Robin's shop for 200g.
Much of the rest is
Grass Starter which you can place anywhere, even in your house. Or the Mayor's Mansion to keep Marnie hidden!
The exposed wood flooring looks like
