Hey all!
All my saves are currently on my Xbox. If it makes a difference, it is purchased on my Xbox, not through Game Pass (which may be the issue?).

It mentioned it should be possible to go from Game Pass to Steam. I now realize they might have already been playing on PC, just through Game Pass.
Anyway, I searched around/asked AI/etc. and it sounded like I should be able to buy Stardew on PC through the Microsoft store and it would just magically sync my saves and essentially solve cross progression (as if).
I'm wondering if I will genuinely just need to start over on PC or if there is anyway to get my Xbox saves to force sync to my PC, since I am signed in as the same user after all?
It does appear as though they are populating as completely separate games, a PC and Xbox version, so my hope is low, but figured I would reach out here and see if anyone can confirm.
