Ive noticed on the xbox series x when you use quick resume it will sometimes break villagers schedules. I have seen this a few times but i just found out that quick resume is the reason because jas was sitting in her room all day on her birthday and at 8 or 9pm she just walked through all the walls of the house and into the void, i restarted the game without quick resume and she went back to normal. Ive also seen this happen with shane, harvey, vincent and caroline
