i will complete ginger island soon and i dont know what to do next as i have also done grandpa's shrine
any ideas?

If you haven't done missing bundle, do that, otherwise just do some things that will get you closer to perfection, or just do quests that you haven't done yet (especially if you haven't gotten to floor 100 of the skull cavern) I'd also suggest getting all the masteries, and if none of those sound good to you, there's always the option of starting a new farm

You could always decorate the farm and other places in the valley work on some other challenges like getting all items in game or all the clothes, getting a tea set at the festival of the winter star, marrying everyone to get all their portraits or something else. Like Mr. Vampire said you could always start a new farm, as well.
