1.6 Update What happened in your game today?

Anlei got a four-candle evaluation, yay! Married to Sam with upgraded house, and almost full hearts with most folks. I already have about 5 prismatic shards (got a couple from very lucky but not-very-deep SC runs) but not enough cinder shards to do much enchanting. It's always the cinder shards that I need more of!

Got two coops and three barns, with mostly sheep that are sloooowly getting to full hearts so they'll produce wool every day.

On Wednesday I harvested some sunflowers from my mixed flower seed patch and replaced them with new seeds. I realised that the new fairy roses probably won't be ready before the end of the season. I started making oil from the sunflowers.
Then I went to ask Robin to upgrade my last barn. I had to buy some of the wood. I also bought the furniture catalog and a telephone. On the way home I checked out some of the new shortcuts around the valley and chopped down enough trees to make the last few beehouses I needed for Ginger Island.
I swapped the kegs on Ginger Island (only 17 at the moment) - one of them now has a pumpkin, because the raccoons wanted pumpkin juice. The rest are more starfruit wine. I harvested a field of starfruit and planted more seeds, and barely made it home in time.

Thursday was Marnie's birthday. The statue gave me a diamond, and it took me half a day to track her down to give it to her. I also made 8 more kegs for Ginger Island, made a start at cleaning out the auto-grabbers because I'd let things slide there. I harvested cranberries and some of my fruit trees, and managed to actually put speed grow on the flower seeds I planted yesterday, even though they already had tiny leaves. I hope it's enough.

The rest of the week was just more farm work. And cutting down trees. And now I find I'm once again running out of fiber.

Wow! Congratulations! I'm still waiting for mine - 7 farms, each at least into year 5.

Meanwhile I've been finishing off Fall of Year 4.

On Monday I cleared all the auto-grabbers again. I replaced some of my flowers with fiber seeds, and planted two patches of fiber seeds on Ginger Island.
I spent Tuesday messing around with my new furniture catalog, then spent the afternoon and Wednesday morning killing skeletons for Clint's request.

On Thursday I planted more fiber seeds, cleared the auto-grabbers, made a few more kegs for Ginger Island and chopped some hardwood trees that I'd planted on the beach there and harvested my honey. In the evening I sold some surplus iridium bars and diamonds as well as all the animal products. I ended up making over 255,000 gold, so that was a good day.
On Friday I woke up with a new achievement for making 10,000,000 gold in total. I'm now, apparently, a Legend. I went down to Floor 100 of the Skull Cavern to get a few Qi gems - not that I need any, but it's something to do...

I spent Saturday fishing, did a shallow Skull Cavern dive (and died), spent the last Sunday of the season fishing some more. I now only need three more golden crackers for my current animals (provided none of them give birth in the coming days), and I've been lucky with the chests so far getting at least one cracker a day. Now that I've said that out loud, it probably won't happen again. LOL!!
The fairy roses made it just in time, thanks to the speedgrow.

Actually, I found a cracker in my golden mystery boxes. And two I had squirrelled away to make room in my inventory and then forgot about. So they're all crackered now!
