After reaching Perfection it was a quite relaxing Spring Y7 so far. Started to collect all the hidden statues, also first time ever solved the Secret Note 19 and found the golden Lewis. Placed it at Town's Square and got the rotten plant next day together with an angry letter from Lewis and went to his house afterwards to get the statue back 🥰 And I cutted down a few of the Fern trees to set up a little Sculpture Garden with all these funny statues and golden Lewis in the centre.
Still waiting for the witch to get a golden Egg, don't have enough Qi gems at the moment to buy one and I'm not in the mood for Qis Quests right now.
Went to the Casino and played first time ever there to get the alien rarecrow, I think I'll try to collect them all, too.
And I won the Egghunt again, after two year's not doing so for Abbys sake...
Asked Elliott out to watch a movie together and we both enjoyed "The brave little Sapling", now I understand why it's said to be a family film. So now the Flower Dance is in sight, let's see if we remember the moves, since I missed it the year before... 😊

I got the slime charmer ring, and bought a second one right afterwards. Now I'll just have to get the cinder shards for combining them with the burglar's ring and the lucky ring, as I traded for cinderclown shoes earlier. Sure, the dragonscale boots have slightly better defense, but without a basilisk paw, I feel the shoes are better.

Spent blackberry season running around the valley to pick berries and make friends. Because of that distraction, I forgot to bring the skull for the large animal with me on my first trip to Ginger Island afterwards, but in fishing for Willy's island-specific quest (on blackberry week, so I had less time for fishing) I got enough walnuts to be able to access the walnut room. Remembered the skull on the next run. Now the only thing remaining to fix is the parrot express. Didn't visit the walnut room since it was Sunday evening and I'd have nothing for it.

One visit to the secret woods surprised me when a green slime dropped a trinket. I picked Combat for my third mastery. An artifact spot on my farm also surprised me by giving me a golden cracker, which went into the Legend fish pond a few seconds later.

Unfortunately you can place only one piece on and cannot replace the others, but so what... I usually have chocolate cake there as a dessert 😁

I've had two exhausting days, tried the Skull Cavern Invasion Quest for the first time and managed it on my second attempt. It used up my entire supply of stairs, but that's okay. My goodness, what monsters are swarming around there... 🙄 I found a total of about 15 treasure chambers, containing everything from Rain Totems to Sprinklers and Cactus Seeds to Prismatic Shards. I also looted a lot of dino eggs, bones, and radioactive ore. I was a little disappointed with the contents of the special treasure chest on level 100, a red cowboy hat 😏 Tomorrow comes the Luau, this will be a welcome day of rest. Perhaps my sweet pretender is up to another rendezvous in his old cabin 🥰

I did not do the Skull Cavern Invasion Quest when I picked it up for my first Qi quest. It was the last week of Fall, and my priority went to gathering as much moss as I could before winter. Yet still more of a chance that I might do it than getting 50,000 points in Junimo Kart. The second Qi quest was a no-brainer. Qi Crop got picked as it's the best time of month to do get started on it, and Winter is the best time of year to do it. The other choice was 50 loved gifts and most of the villagers are already on my "can be ignored list".

Got Leo's 4-heart event. Just a few feathers more and he'll move to town.

I'm a few bananas away from getting my first obelisk. I could get one of the others, no problem, but Island is my top priority, to free me from having to take the boat or make totems with ingredients I want to use for other stuff.
