Issue: Just after paying the 5,000g for JojaMart Membership（even though I never paid the 25,000g to repair it）, Joja Community Development Form shows the bridge construction as "complete," but the bridge remains unrepaired in-game and I can no longer pay to fix it. I did not use craft room bundles from the community center and only chose Joja.
Version: v1.6.15 build 24356
Details: Using a keyboard, online multiplayer mode, Chinese language settings, no mods used.

问题：交纳5000g会员金后清单上显示桥梁建造已经完成，并未缴纳25000g，但是实际上完全没有修复，也不能再点清单交钱进行修复，没有用过社区中心进行修复，只玩了joja流
