Switch The Pirate's Wife Quest broken?

The War Memento disappeared from my inventory when I was crafting Speed-gro not sure if it did disappear or if it was used when I was crafting

Unfortunately, it's highly likely that the crafting bug caused the War Memento to be used instead of Moss when crafting Speed-Gro.

An official announcement has been made regarding the problematic crafting items as below.

Heavy Furnace
Deluxe Worm Bin
Fish Smoker
Mushroom Log
Speed-Gro
Treasure Totem
Statue Of Blessings
Deluxe Bait
Challenge Bait
Moss Soup

Check if it's in the Lost and Found box inside Lewis' house.

For verification purposes, I intentionally consumed Robin's Lost Axe-another quest item-using the crafting bug.
As a result, I was unable to retrieve it from Lewis' house.
