See, this is the kind of support I'm looking for. Thank you, ggchan.Pretty sure CA is the one stressed the most about this long wait that he himself finds unacceptable.
CA explained that he was genuinely naive when he first came into the gaming industry to develop Stardew Valley. We have to remember that the gaming industry is now bigger than the music or the movie industries, both being known to not have the word "kindness" in their vocabulary. So, let's imagine the jungle full of velociraptors the gaming industry can be with newcommers like CA was... Thus, if someone is to blame for the delay, it is the group of greedy people that took advantage of CA (probably with some obscure legal thing) and not fortune or CA himself.... It's really unfortunate how all this happened
Stardew Valley neden mobildeki en son sürümden değil? uzun zaman oldu ama hala gelmedi
Because of legal and business delays, amongst other things. Also, you're supposed to speak English as that's all the mods speak. Why is Stardew Valley not from the latest version on mobile? It's been a long time but it still hasn't arrived
I love Stardew Valley I think more than any game that's come out here recently. Where most people get stressed about the time constraints, I look at it as an opportunity to get as much done in as short amount of time as possible and whatever I don't get done, there's always tomorrow.Yeah! You got this, CA. We believe in you.
Edit: maybe everyone say one thing they like about SDV? I love the NPC’s character growth. I can start a thread if this is the wrong place for that.
Edit #2: I’ll start a thread.
Edit #3: Here’s the link to the thread. https://forums.stardewvalley.net/threads/best-things-about-sdv-potential-spoilers.12604/
Neither do I. I haven't heard anything, though, and I expect someone to repost it here if it breaks on Twitter and promptly.Any word from CA imnvs? It's July 8, plus I don't have Twitter.
I imagine part of it is that the new team wouldn't have been familiar with the existing code at all. Even very small, "easy" changes are difficult when you have to look through thousands of lines of code to find what needs to be changed, let alone large changes like all the new stuff that was added in 1.5. And depending what the issues with the old team were, I wouldn't be surprised if CA had to scrap a lot of what they did. Thanks for the update! But wow, writing this update even after changing the team coding it, seems to be quite the undertaking. This is why I gave up on coding many years ago as I'd get very disheartened with a project taking so long.
it keeps going well...
