Hi ConcernedApe and community! I have an idea for a future update that builds on the existing Stardew Valley world while staying true to the game's original eco-friendly premise. What if the player could build and manage their own Eco-Campsite for tourists that visit the Valley?
The Core Concept: It is based around a nature-loving hospitality industry, where visitors from Zuzu City or other regions can come to camp and contribute to new dialogue, lore, and a steady passive income for the player without feeling like a corporate entity at all! Linus as the Manager: To pay homage to his general lifestyle, the player could hire Linus to be the campsite manager/guide! He could take care of the campsite and give talks to visitors about the area and the importance of preserving it.
Upgrades & Expansion: Just like the player's own farm, the campsite could start small (basic tents) and be upgraded with Robin's help to more luxurious eco-tents, community campfires, or wild foraging adventures. I play on the mobile version and cannot use mods, so I would love to see something wholesome like this implemented in the game one day. Thank you for everything you do!
