Windows Stardew Valley Only Launching in Compatibility Mode

I have a 64-bit PC, however, Stardew Valley seems to only launch in compatibilty mode. I have already tried these fixes:
Deleting the startup prefrences in %appdata%
Making sure I have all files installed in _CommonRedist
(I've also restarted my PC, uninstalled Stardew Valley and Steam, etc...)
These seemed to help everybody else, but for me it still won't launch. If anybody knows any alternative methods to fixing this please let me know.

Me too, my PC is 64bits and only works in compatibility mode

Another user suggested updating your graphics card and it worked for me!!
This was their post:
"Hi, I solved this problem.
I updated the graphic driver.
1. Check the installed graphic card. (my graphic card is AMD Radeon (TM) ...)
2. Go to the your graphic card site. ( I logged in to the AMD Drivers and Support | AMD )
3. download Intall update and run it.
4. computer Restart. "
