quest skull cavern level 100

I have a question about the quest to reach level 100 in the skull caverns. I am in year 4 and I still haven't gotten the quest. I did the other quest to unlock the casino but nothing else happened. Do you have any idea why that could be? I've already been at level 100 but without the quest.

You get it from reading one of the secret notes you can find if you have the magnifying glass. Writing the text from memory: "Someone is waiting for you on floor 100 of the Skull Cavern..."

If you got a scene on reaching floor 100, you had that quest. If you just found a chest there, you didn't have it.

After you first entered the Skull Cavern, you probably got a letter from Qi the next day that he'd award you some money if you reached floor 25.

There are also two Qi quests that involve reaching floor 100 of the Skull Cavern, if you've been able to enter the walnut room.
