Secret Note

Idk if this is a bug so I'll post it here
Y'all know the Secret Note about level 100 in Skull Cavern? Well I got it three times. And each time it appeared in the journal. Why? Each time I loaded the game the quest disappeared and I need to find the note. The Winter Mystery quest is the same. I reloaded the game, it disappeared, then I had that cutscene again.
What's happening?

Are you by any chance resetting the day, or are you reading the note, saving the game, and upon any reload are missing the note again.

If so, consider reporting it as a bug. If you want the snake milk, try to get the note and get to level 100 in the same play session, that should avoid your unfortunate issue.
