Windows Player spawned and stuck inside of the outer volcano after passing out in North Ginger Island

In a multiplayer game, I had a tent placed on the bluff above the dig site, and passed out in the dig site without returning to the tent.

I was spawned in the area shown the next day, and could not move. Shutting down the day and restarting did not fix.
During the next day, the other players finished the island farm house, and after passing out while stuck, I spawned at the bed in the house.
