Hello, I'm new here and new to modding as well. I made a mods in Nexusmods a while ago, but it generally made by imitating other mods. I also have little experience on programing. So when I go to wiki about making mods, I end up getting overwhelmed because my method is different than what to do in Wiki.
To sum up my trouble, here are my question list:

- What text editor do you guys use when making mods? I'm have been using notepad++ to making mods. The wiki recommend Visual Code and doing things that overcomplicated for me who just want making simple mods.
- I would like to have a copy of--perhaps entire--SDV source code so I could be able look it up as a references without opening browser. Is there any downloadable one?
- Is there a tool or mods that do something like "God Mode" for testing a game? So I can do something like spawning an item or jump to designated day.
