I need help with making a mod that adds new duck, and this duck have 5 colors and the ducklings have 4 different colors, but I cannot find any mod that adds birds with different variations of colors without adding new ducks, each one with different colors. I want to make a duck like the chickens in vanilla that haves different colors randomized when you buy a chicken, but I want to make this mechanic with ducks with content patcher

I would suggest looking at the code from Elle's cuter coop animals, as all the animals in that can do the "random selection" thing.
