Android My animals don't win hearts - Android tablet

Hi! I'm in year 3 of the game and I haven't been able to complete the community center because I can't get feathers from my ducks, XXL eggs, and XXL milk from my cows and goats, because the hearts just aren't increasing.
I pet my animals daily; they always have food, whether outside or inside (in winter).
In the corral and stable I have a radiator but they don't have a single heart; they say they are happy and then after petting them they show a heart (I have a pet dog and I used to pet him and give him water and his hearts would rise rapidly, so the problem is only with animals)

do you ever leave animals outside overnight during seasons other than winter?
If so, it seems the animal's friendship rating decreases.

They said that they pet their animals daily....so I don't think that's the case

Not sure maybe more time will pass and you might get one of the helpers or mods to help you out
