[Suggestion] Persistent visual indicator (heart balloon) on petted animals to avoid confusion

Although the game menu shows a list of animals that have been petted, it's still very difficult to manage this in real time within chicken coops and barns. For example, if you have 12 white chickens in a coop, they will all look identical and will be constantly moving or stepping over each other. Knowing that "Chicken A" has been petted doesn't help identify which chicken on the screen is "Chicken A".

I suggest adding a small, persistent visual indicator—like a floating heart-shaped balloon—above the animal immediately after it's petted.

How it would work:

* Instant feedback: As soon as you pet an animal, a small heart or balloon icon appears and remains floating above its head.

* Easy sorting: This allows the player to easily scan the room and instantly see which moving animals still need attention.

* Daily reset: The heart-shaped balloon remains visible for the rest of the day and disappears completely when the player goes to sleep, resetting for the following morning.

Tip for PC users: hold down right-mouse-button while running through the coop/barn and touch all animals.
Double touching does not matter. It's much easier this way than touching each animal separately.
