Music in the cave

I need to know why the man in Ginger Island has a music note over his head.
When I want to give him the money for the perfection ability. He refuses now. He's in the cave where you get the mushrooms from.
Why does he want to sing...am I suppose to give him something else?

You can actually get a screenshot the same way you would outside of the game. It will depend on your phone, should come up if you search your phone's model. It's usually holding down the power button and one of the volume keys.

Are you sure it's a musical note and not an exclamation mark? In all honesty I haven't even seen him (don't have a lot of time played in 1.6), but exclamation marks are often used to denote something to interact with, and sparsely used in stardew for that effect.

And he may not be accepting your money because you don't have enough or have 100%

I think it is JoJo in disguise
Asking for money in advance, which I was able to do previous until this point.
Now he will not take my money to secure my % for advancing in the perfecting system.
Is there any WiKi on him to note why he change his tune.?
