Hmm… well, I do have quite a few mods installed, so wonky dialogue and things like that are a possibility.

Also… during my last gaming session, George requested smallmouth bass for his sore legs too. Again, I’m not sure if it’s just random dialogue or the mods messing with stuff.

His legs no longer work. That doesn't mean they don't exist or that he can't feel them, necessarily; he only says he'll never walk again. Even if there was an amputation, it could be below the knee.

More to the point, the hot pepper treatment is one of the few I can see making sense; some muscle ointments use capsaicin and he could be mixing it up first.

Makes a lot more sense than the requests I've had from various NPCs for some fish or other to rub on various body parts. A whole, scaly, sharp-finned, uncleaned fish? Sounds quite painful.

Yeah we do definitely get some very odd conversations around here, though it really can't be helped, the valley is just more and more confusing the more you look at it
