Lost Toolbar

I have 8 or 9 different saves on my PC. I play most of them at least once a week. There two saves, one Stardew Expanded and one regular (both are modded), where the toolbar has suddenly disappeared. Just gone. I can not figure out what I did and I can't find a way to bring the toolbar back. I generally load 24 mods, and I could give you list if you think it's important. But the problem is only on 2 of the saves. The rest of them are all fine (yes, I checked every save). Any Ideas?

You may have enabled some sort of 'screenshot' setting which removes the gui to take clean screenshots.

Have you checked settings on those files for that possibility?
