I've been watching ArgonMatrix's Randomised Perfection Challenge and jokingly rolled just to see what I would get. So no levels, no catching fish, no farming, no shipping, no friendships, No Traveling Cart, and let's see what task I get...!

Yes the easiest way of doing this would be Joja Route, but I want to keep the Community Center around as long as possible, plus the rewards would be useful for if I continue the challenge. I've tried brute forcing this for a while, and I'll continue to do so because I'm stubborn, but a helping hand wouldn't be sneered at.
So! I'm looking for a seed with Quite Specific Remixed Bundles.
Crafts Room - Construction and Exotic
Pantry - Animal and Artisan
Fish Tank - pretty sure this one is entirely impossible, but not Quality i guess?
Boiler Room - Geologists and Treasure Hunter's. Engineer's *only* if I get Children's in the Bulletin, or Adventurer's as long as it's not both slime and bat wings.
Bulletin Board - Not Fodder and Not Chef's.
