remix community center bundles

I've been watching ArgonMatrix's Randomised Perfection Challenge and jokingly rolled just to see what I would get. So no levels, no catching fish, no farming, no shipping, no friendships, No Traveling Cart, and let's see what task I get...! ...I got completing the Museum and getting the Museum...

I currently have a farm I skipped a bunch of years on and I'm wondering if I should stick to that or do a joja or community center run(remixed bundles), if so what goals should I have. My current save is non remixed bundles community center.

I was doing a 1-year Community Center challenge run with remixed bundles and may have found a bug/glitch with the Fish Farmer's Bundle. I was trying to give it Roe and Aged Roe, but it wasn't accepting anything that i was giving it which led me to think that it was a bug.

Remixed artisan is identical to standard artisan, except that it does not include regular cheese. Was this intentional?

Remix Community Centre Bundles showing wrong in Access Menu. I have new bundles in the actual centre but when I look at my progress via the Access Menu (hotkey E by default) I keep seeing the default bundles.
