Is there some place to submit game or accessibility requests?

Is there someplace that we can request accessibility request for game functions? I wanted to asknif it was possible to consider adding a setting to ajust day length? Several of my other games have this and on days that I'm struggling being able to hit buttons, lengthening the day is helpful.

Maybe like a notepad to write notes in game somewhere for memory issues. If not I understand, but I wasn't really sure where to ask or suggest it. Thank you!

It's not an option for everyone, but if you play on PC there are mods that change the day length and similar functions. I've heard that those can be very helpful for people.
