Is the wizard Abigail's dad??

But Abby has a quote saying she didn't dye her hair in a long time and it just stays that way.

Maybe magical people are born with normal hair color, but it changes at maturity?
Or maybe Caroline was lying. "Hmm, I want my daughter to be normal. Normal people have brownish hair colours. I should say her hair is dyed. Yes, that's it!"

Okay, let me ask a few questions...

Does it matter? Do we investigate our neighbors like this in real life? Do we start telling everyone that our theory (which has no true evidence to back it up but just a lot of coincidence) must be true?

Pierre is an insecure man. Others have strange hair colors. Why the conspiracy theory? Why must we assume the worst of of these folk?

I don't speculate like this about my neighbours but I do about people in stories. Especially since we know authors often leave trails of breadcrumbs for readers/viewers to speculate about. And since ConcernedApe left these breadcrumbs for these characters. he clearly meant there to be speculation.

Characters can feel pretty realish, I know, and we can develop a genuine attachment to them. Nothing wrong with feeling protective over those we care about. But each NPC is in fact a creation with a creator and that creator had intentions in leaving these items for us to pick over.

C'mon my dude! Don't be an old Poop! It's just fun to question and speculate. It's a game after all! I was just having a chat and he just blurts out "I think I have a daughter living in this town. Don't tell anyone!" It's all in good fun for a game!

Of course, when you become good friends with Caroline she will say "When we first moved to Pelican Town I would take secret walks to the Wizard's Tower. Don't tell Pierre, he has jealousy issues." That would be a rather weird thing to say if the Wizard is her 20+ years-older-than-her dad.

He could be Caroline's dad. The theory that he is Abigail's dad is ridiculous because he's Abigail's grandpa's age lmfaoo.

I mean Concerned Ape doesn't confirm or reject anything. Your free to imagine whatever you want in the game lol.

My assumption has always been that Rasmodius cheated on his wife with Caroline. I've never much speculated beyond that because it's the simplest solution.

But the wizard's ex? I mean, does she ever pet her void chickens? Always standard quality eggs she gives you. A flock of void chickens that all always "look fine today."

Kind of explains why Rasmodius and Caroline would look outside their marriages.

Nah, he's a decade or so younger than Lewis, who's in turn younger than the known grandparents. He could be Caroline's father if he had her when he was in his mid-teens, before he became a wizard and married the witch.

That's my take on it too. All the clues in the vanilla game points to both of them cheating on their spouses, and the result being Abigail. Why some would want to include incest to their affair is beyond me.

Lewis is younger than George or Evelyn? Makes sense but I don't think the age gap between them is too big. Maybe five years or so.

I think Abigail just wants to be exotic and escape her shopkeeper's daughter drab existence so she fantasizes about being the Wizard's daughter. Caroline on the other hand, who knows? Maybe the Witch is Caroline's older half-sister. She would visit the Wizard's tower because she actually wanted to see the Witch.

No wonder the witch became so mad after the divorce lol.
Indeed. Finding out her husband had someone younger on the side would do that. Especially if she'd tried to get pregnant for many years without success, and Caroline got pregnant after just one time...

Lewis seems to be in his mid-60's and far from ready to retire even if he's starting to feel his age, while George is definitely over 70 unclear how much (he was an experienced miner when the accident happened about 30 years ago, so he was at least 40 then). The wizard is probably around 55 at the most, realizing he needs to find an apprentice soon since it takes years of studying. Caroline is in her early 40's given that she married young and has a daughter who only recently became old enough to move out.

It was already officially stated that he wasn't her father; rather, it seems that Abigail's father's new wife is connected to a wizard.

George is definitely in his mid 70's with the state of his body and also looks. I assume Evelyn to be a bit younger tho not much. The Wizard does look a lot younger than George or Evelyn and even Lewis.
