Solved [iOS] The bus isn’t working.

My bus isn't working. Even though all the conditions for unlocking it have been met, nothing happens when I try to enter it. I thought it was some kind of game error, so I created a second game and started all over again, but even when I unlocked everything for it to work, nothing works again. And so I want to ask for help here, because I'm having this problem in both games I've created, so it can't be a coincidence. Please help me, I feel so hopeless about it , but I don’t want to quit the game

You need to buy a ticket. The ticket machine is to the left of the bus, and it’s quite often hidden by a tree.

Don’t worry about it, this has become really common since the tree spawns in front of it during the green rain event.
